The region’s need for tourism, leisure, and entertainment led to the creation of a complete complex that includes a four-star hotel, a multi-purpose banquet hall, a traditional teahouse/restaurant, and a coffee shop, offering the most comprehensive accommodation, recreational, and hospitality services using the latest global standards in both quality and quantity.
The naming of this complex aligns with the climatic and geographical characteristics of the region.
According to the planned schedule, the project was designed in three phases, and to accelerate commissioning and operation, the first phase — the traditional teahouse — was launched ahead of the other stages.
